The Landing
The Landing

Our brief was to create a work environment that would be versatile and appealing as a shared space. The original space had been rented by one business for 50 years and not a lot had been touched or remodelled in that time. The 100sqm office floor was a labyrinth of small dark offices and musty old carpet - but with great windows and opportunity for light. Our design intent was to create an open plan work environment with workspace layouts that could accommodate a number of businesses.

Acoustic panels played a crucial role in the re-purposed meeting rooms to ensure privacy was maintained. Our favourite space - the dramatic wallpaper and deep green walls that form the entrance.
